Facility Rental Fees

Our Hall is the perfect place to host your wedding reception, party, graduation celebration, birthday, or bridal/baby showers! We can also accommodate corporate events! Our entire facility can hold 200 guests* (with ample parking) and there is a kitchen on site.

*Numbers are approximate and dependent on table arrangement.

Daytime Rate
Monday-Friday, 9am to 4pm
(6 hr. max)

  • Entire Space: $150

Evening Rate
Monday-Thursday, 5pm-12am
(6 hr. max)

  • Entire Space: $200

Weekend Rate
(6 hr. max, out by 12am)

  • Entire Space: $370

Hall Rules

All rental fees must be paid prior to rental date. The kitchen may be used but deep-frying is not permitted. The use of confetti, glitter, helium balloons, candles, bird seed, rice, straw, tape, nails and staples in the drywall are PROHIBITED. Tables must be carried instead of pulled across the floor to avoid damage. The facility is non-smoking. Scioto Township is not responsible for accidents or loss of personal property. If the renter is not out by the agreed upon time, the renter must forfeit his security deposit. NO WEAPONS.

Cancellation Policy*:

  • 30 days prior to rental – Full Refund
  • 15 days prior to rental – 50% Refund
  • 7 days prior to rental – No Refund

*A $25 service fee will be assessed for all cancellations
